Join us for a nourishing evening where we will come together in circle to create a time capsule of our intentions for this coming year.
We will ground & root deep into our bodies as we integrate all that was last year and embrace all that could be possible for us and our loved ones this year.
We feel it's vital to create space to pause & check in. Allowing our body & minds to rest & revive so we can show up in all areas of our life with as much presence, playfulness & clarity as possible.
This gathering will include :
• Breath work & somatic tools for stress & relaxation.
• A short cacao ceremony.
